At Cahaba Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Ensure items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached; bicycles and special orders may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

  Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate a fast and accurate refund process.

  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items to any of our local Cahaba Cycles retail locations for an immediate exchange or mail them back to our main distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
